Andrew (Jack) J. Rowan, 87, of DeLand, died January 6, 2018. A grave-side service will be held at the DeLand Memorial Gardens, 600 E. Beresford Ave., DeLand, FL 32724 on March 30, 2018 beginning at 11:00 AM. Jack survived his wife of 47 years, Maxine Rowan, who died in February 2011. He was born in Adel, Georgia and served as a Staff Sergeant in the US Army for 21 years. Jack is survived by his son, James E. Rowan and his step-son, James A. Downing; two nieces, Joyce Fisher of DeLand, and Wanda Lennon of DeLeon Springs.
