Victor served as a Second Lieutenant & Pilot on B-25C-10 #42-32293, 498th Bomber Squadron, 345th Bomber Group, Medium, U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.

He resided in Coconino County, Arizona prior to the war.

He enlisted in the Army Air Corps on May 21, 1942 at Mather Field, Mills, California. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being employed as a Driver and also as Single, without dependents.

Victor was declared "Missing In Action" when his B-25 took off from 7 Mile Drome near Port Moresby on a patrol mission over the southern coast of New Guinea and never return to base during the war.

He was awarded the Air Medal and the Purple Heart.
