Carl E. Woods 74, returned to his heavenly home on March 21, 2018 after a valiant battle with a long term illness.
Carl was born to the late Charles and Edna Woods, in Norfork, AR on June 19, 1943. He was owner and operator of Mountain Home Plumbing for 45 years. He married Shelia Woods on August 24, 1989 in Mountain Home, AR. Carl helped raise five children with patience, discipline and humility
Carl was kind and soft-spoken, He is dearly missed by his loved ones, who celebrate the fact that he is at peace with his creator.
Carl is survived by his wife, Shelia; his daughters Jennifer Woods and Becky Coy (Victor Coy); his step-sons Larry Collins (Bailey Collins) and Jerry Collins; his adopted son Kyle Collins; his step-grandchild Aubrey Collins; and his brothers’, Joe Woods, Don Woods, Berlin Woods, and Clyde Woods; and his sisters’, Verlin Still and Ann Argo. He is preceded in death by his sisters’ Bonnie Cantrell and Zelma Ross; his parents; and his brother Charles Woods Jr.
Carl will be buried at the Galatia Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. on March 24, 2018. Reverend Jimmy Whitefield will officiate the service at the Roller Funeral Home Chapel.
