Wilmer W. Bell "Will", age 90, of Grand Rapids, was called home into the arms of the Lord on Saturday, March 17, 2018, to be reunited with the love of his life, his wife of 67 years, Margaret, who preceded him in death in 2015. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Estella (Farrell) Bell; his brothers and sisters, Robert Bell, Carl Bell, Franklin Bell, Charles "Bud" Bedford, James Bell, Mary Craig, Doris Foster, Ferolee Shambo and Evelyn Bell. He will be lovingly remembered by his sister Ruth French of Savanna, IL, daughter Katie (Harold) Porter, son Dave (Michelle) Bell; grandchildren, Jonathan, Lucas, Grace, Kyle and Keaton, and unwavering friends Paul Bronner and Terry Bricker. Will was born in Savanna, IL on January 6, 1928. He proudly served his country in the Army during WWII, and went on to spend his life as an auto mechanic, where he was a trusted, ethical business owner and made more friends than he ever imagined possible.
