Services for Mary Belle Brewster, 93, of Tyler will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2018 in the Chapel of Jackson's Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home with Brother Dale Wilt and Brother Tommy Johnson officiating. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery following the service. Mary Belle passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2018. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mary Belle Brewster was born to the late, Frank and Dora Moore Uzzel in Waco, Texas on August 22, 1924. She worked in the family business at Rose City Furniture. She also served alongside her husband, for more than 20 years as a child evangelist as well as music and youth ministry for Hillcrest Baptist Church. She was a current member of New Life Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Marilyn Vincent and husband, Rick of Lindale, Jeannette Brewster of Tyler; brother, Glen Uzzel of Tyler and two grandchildren, Olivia Vincent of Tyler and Elliott Vincent of Frisco. She is preceded in death by her husband, Davis Brewster.
