BERNSTEIN, , VIRGINIA ESTELLE Born September 07, 1920. Died April 06, 2007 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by her husband David Bernstein. Survived by son, Dr. Steven G. Bernstein of Dallas, Texas; daughter, Ann Berman of Los Angeles, Ca; grandson, Matthew Berman of Los Angeles, Ca. Also survived by her extended family; daughter-in-law, Lisa Bernstein and son-in-law, Saul Berman. Virginia lived a wonderful and exciting life. She enjoyed traveling and the outdoors but she got the most enjoyment from watching her children. On Virginia's last Sunday on this earth she sat in the sunshine and picked flowers from the garden. Virginia appreciated the care she received from the nurses and doctors at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. A special thank you to Dr. John Harper, Cardiologist. The family would also like to thank the residents and staff at Vickory Towers Retirement Home with extended gratitude to Nikki and Joy for their personal attention and care. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, April 08, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. at Sparkman-Hillcrest Funeral Home of Dallas with Rev. Luther R. Goins officiating.
