Hunter Crosby Brown, age 14 of Wilkesboro passed away Thursday, March 15, 2018 in Washington, DC.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Fishing Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Richard Cardwell and Mr. Jeffery Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 9:00 PM Wednesday evening at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home.
Hunter was born November 24, 2003 in Wilkes County to Steve Franklin “Frankie” Brown, Jr. and Erricka Earlene Scott Faw. He was a member of Fishing Creek Baptist Church and was an eighth grader at Wilkes Central Middle School.
Hunter was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather; Derrick Scott, great grandparents; Earl Welborn, Lottie and Berlie Brown, and Ford and Jewel Scott.
Hunter is survived by his mother; Erricka Faw and step-father; Joseph Daniel Faw of the home, his father; Frankie Brown, sister; Kaitlyn “Katy” Belle Faw and step-brother; Preston Gage Faw, maternal grandparents; Malinda and Eugene Jarvis of Moravian Falls, paternal grandparents; Steve and Linda Brown of North Wilkesboro, step-grandparents; Kathy and Tim Reynolds of North Wilkesboro and Ricky and Kathy Faw of North Wilkesboro and maternal great grandparents; Peggy Welborn of Boomer, paternal great grandparents; Annie and Press Brown of Millers Creek and step great grandmother; Faye Reynolds of North Wilkesboro.
