He was born in Jackson, son of the late A. D. and Sallie Hall Dugger, and spent his entire life here. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen.
Surviving are his widow: two sons, Leon and W. A. Dugger of Jackson, two daughters Mrs. S. L. Portis and Mrs. Dorothy Rawls of Jackson and one brother, R. D. Dugger of Memphis and one sister, Mrs. Lillian Crutchfield of Jackson.
The body will be at Griffin Funeral home until the funeral hour, 4 o'clock Saturday afternoon. Services will be held by Rev. J. E. Underwood. Burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery
