Iola Christine Poe King 90, widow of James King died Saturday, March 17, 2018. Born May 27, 1925, in Monette, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Fred W. and Beulah Wallace Poe. She was a member of Versailles Baptist Church, and a former member of Lewis Lane Baptist Church in Owensboro, Kentucky.
She is survived by a three daughters, Patty Lee King Molnar (Mike), South Carolina, Pamela Ann King, Versailles, Paula K. Evans (Mike), Versailles, one brother, Bruce Allan Poe, Trumann, Arkansas , four grandchildren, Christopher Qualls (Tiffany), Lawrenceburg, Cory Qualls, Versailles, Kristin Burger, Burgin, Ashley Claunch (Nick), Lexington, five great grandchildren, Callie Qualls, Ava P. Qualls, Shawn Michael Burger, Ashlynn Jameson Burger, and Jacob Alexander Burger.
Funeral Services will be at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 11:00 am. Burial will follow the service at Rose Crest Cemetery, Versailles, Kentucky.
