Lyons, Doris Eileen, 91 of Springfield passed away March 17, 2018 in her residence surrounded by her family. She was born in Logan, Ohio on January 14, 1927, the daughter of Henry and Marjorie Joy. Doris retired from the Electric Eel Company. Her greatest joy was being with family, but was well known for her beef and noodles. She was [preceded in death by her parents; former husband William Lyons; seven brothers and three sisters. Survivors include her children Sandra K. Lyons Camp, Sheila (Weldon) Cooper, B.J. (Cathy) Lyons, Doris Sue (Larry) Olivier, Vickie Burke and Trina Lyons; sister Pat (Don) Sheets; brother Mick Joy; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-7PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. Services to honor Doris will be Wednesday at 10:30AM in the Memorial Home with Rev. Orbie Estep officiating. Burial to follow in the Rose Hill Burial Park.
