Ellen Blaeser was born July 29, 1929. She leaves behind her husband, James, of 60 years; four children, Ellen Jane, Wayne, Melissa and John; six grandchildren, Sherri, Robert, Brian, Anthony, Jackie and James; and 2 great-grandchildren, Aidan and Rylan.
She is predeceased by Garret, her 3rd great-grandchild; and her four siblings, Beryl, John, Jacqueline, and Lawrence.
Ellen was a faithful, loving wife and a wonderful supportive mother. She raised her family with optimism, empathy and unwavering love. Her thoughtfulness and good humor made her a wonderful aunt and friend. Ellen faced challenges in her life with unwavering grace and strength.
Ellen will be deeply missed by those who knew her, but we remember her with gratitude that she was a part of our lives and happiness for a life well lived.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 18 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, 2853 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater. A memorial service will begin at 12:00 pm also at the funeral home.
