Mr. Henry Cornelius McDaniel, 66, of Magnolia, MS, passed from this life on Saturday, March 17, 2018, at his residence in Magnolia, MS. He was born on November 29, 1951, in Magnolia, MS, to E C and Mary Nell McDaniel.
He was a member of Magnolia Church of the Nazarene; served his country in the US Merchant Marines; worked for many years for Nobile Drilling as a mechanic; and enjoyed woodworking, being outside and his dogs. He was a loving son, husband, brother, uncle, and friend.
Preceding him in death were his parents, E C and Mary Nell McDaniel; sisters, Peggy Faye Berberette; brother, Wayne McDaniel; brother-in-law, Paul Berberette; and niece, Amber Johnson.
Survivors are his wife of 14 years, Loretta Gayle McDaniel; brother, Claude King and wife Rita of Magnolia, MS; sister, Elaine Johnson and Danny of Magnolia, MS; nephews, Charlie and Eric Johnson, Shane King and Craig Berberette; nieces, Christy Berberette Turner and Courtney Berberette; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be at Magnolia Church of the Nazarene in Magnolia, MS, on Monday, March 19, 2018, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and will continue at Magnolia Church of the Nazarene on March 20, 2018, from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 12:00 PM with Bro. Rodney Tucker. The graveside service will follow in the Magnolia Cemetery. Sharkey Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Pallbearers are Shane King, Charlie Johnson, Eric Johnson, Craig Berberette, Billy Jack Trailer and Danny Glenn Johnson.
