Portsmouth – Lois Draper Neal, 93, passed away Friday, March 16, 2018. She was born in Eure, NC to the late Clifton and Winnie Eure and was a member of Green Lakes Baptist Church. She is predeceased by her first husband of 40 years, Windell C. Draper; her second husband of 16 years, Raymond J. Neal; and a grandson, Brian T. BrisBois.

She is survived by her three daughters, Cheryl Whitmore and husband William, Terri Sanderlin and husband Ben and Peggy Santa and husband Jack; a sister, Phyllis Anderson; four grandchildren, Christy Mason and husband Brian, Scott BrisBois and wife Jennifer, Karen Roberts and Courtney Roberts; and three great grandchildren, Zachary and Trevor Mason and Brian G. BrisBois.

The family would like to thank two faithful and loving caregivers, Jennifer Johnson and Lisa Garza.

A funeral service will be held 3 P.M. Monday, March 19, at Green Lakes Baptist Church by Dr. Dwight Buchholz. Burial will follow in Olive Branch Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to CHKD or a charity of choice.
