Avalyn Kaye Lacy, 57 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2018, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Born Saturday, July 23, 1960 in Sparta, she was the daughter of Alvin Lacy and Barbara Carter Lacy.
Survivors include her parents, Alvin and Barbara Lacy of Sparta; brother, Jeff (Karen) Lacy of Cookeville; and niece, Megan Lacy of Richmond, Virginia.
A memorial service will be held at 6pm on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at The Lighthouse Church on Old Kentucky Road in Sparta with Brother Thomas McCulley officiating. Visitation will be from 4pm until 6pm at the church.
