Mrs. Berry was a member of Milan Baptist Church. She was a graduate of Milan High School, a business school graduate, a homemaker and a former employee of Dodge County Hospital. Evelyn enjoyed gardening, crocheting, sewing and cooking and also visits from her family and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Dewey Berry, Jr.
Survivors include sons - D. Glenn Berry (Rosemary) of Ellijay and Dr. Emmett Reaves "Ves" Berry (Margaret) of Macon; Sister - Greta Reaves Spires (Dalton) of Milan; 4 grandchildren - Bryan Berry (Cathy) of Roswell, Christa Mottlau (Tom) of Sugar Hill, Emily Hutchins (Julian) of Macon; Catherine Moon (Jake) of Atlanta; 5 Great-Grandchildren - Brady Berry, Bentley Mottlau, Katelyn Mottlau, Walker Hutchins, Jay Hutchins; Nephew - Mike Spires of Milan.
Funeral services were held on March 18, 2018 at Milan Baptist Church in Milan. Interment followed in Milan City Cemetery.
