Brian was born in Weirton, W.Va. on May 14, 1965, a son of David and Eleanor (Karpinski) Collins of New Cumberland.
He was a 1984 graduate of Oak Glen High School. Brian was the caretaker of New Cumberland Cemetery and he also worked for the Hancock County Recycle Plant.
His brother, David Collins, maternal grandparents, Joseph and Angeline Karpinski; and paternal grandparents, James and Edna Collins preceded him in death.
Along with his parents, surviving are a son, Travis Collins of New Cumberland and Travis's sister, Daniell Bartley of New Cumberland; and his canine companions, Bear and Mandy.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Nixon Funeral Home, New Cumberland, WV, with funeral service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2018.
Burial will follow in New Cumberland Cemetery.
