PERRY -- Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the United Methodist Church, Perry, for Leonard Williams, 82, Perry,
who died Thursday in a Topeka hospital. He was born June 16, 1890 in Winchester and was sexton for meny years at the Oakridge Cemetery. He was a World War I veteran and a member of the Perry American Legion Post. Survivors include two sons, Paul E Williams, 1202 N. Van Buren, Topeka, and Larry Williams, 828 E. 23rd, Topeka; a daughter, Mrs. Majorie Welcher 1034 Quincy, Topeka, eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Burial will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery, Perry. The body will lie in state after noon Friday at the Hayes Funeral Home, Oskaloosa.
