MANS DEAD BODY IS FOUND IN HIS HOME

Benjamin F. Hutchinson, Born in Wood County, is Found Dead at his Home in Findlay-- Neighbors Discovered the Remains.

Findlay, Feb. 9 Missing since Sunday morning, Benjamin F. Hutchinson, 71 years old, was found dead at his home in the rear of 207 Monroe ave., Tuesday morning. The body was badly frozen. It is believed that he died of heart trouble.
Neighbors had missed him and when they did not see hime Tuesday, made an investigation which resulted in finding the body in the two room house in which he lived alone and which he he built himself. Coroner W.N. Yost was called and he made an investigation. His health had apparently been fair up to the time of his death. He had visited his son Ross at the C.F. Jackson company store Saturday night.
He was born in Wood county and came to Hancock county in 1889. Several years he lived in Putnam county, but lived the greater part of the last 35 years in Findlay. He was in the Civil War.
Mrs. Hutchinson died Nov. 25, 1911. Part of his time since then has been spent at the Dayton soldiers home.
Four sons survive, Seven were born. Those surviving are. L.J. and Ross of Findlay; Fred D., Bryan and Jesse, Toledo. One brother Philson Hutchinson, lives at Milton Ceneter. He was an uncle of Mrs. F.W. Toan of Bowling Green.
He was a member of the Baptist church. He was also a member of Stocker Post, G.A.R.
The body was taken to the home of L.J. Hutchinson, Eben ave. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Custar, O. Internment will be in the village cemetery.
