Kenneth Lee George 79, of Lubbock passed away October 7, 2018. He was born July 26, 1939 in Quinlan, TX to Marion and Ava George. He married Bessie Sandra Starkey on September 1, 1961 in Amarillo; they were married for 55 wonderful years until her death on 2017. Kenneth worked in industrial supply and later enjoyed retirement in Webbers Falls, OK. He loved spending time with his family and animals which included dogs, horses, and cows. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Sandra George; his daughter Karen George; siblings Larry Wayne George, Henry Doyle George and Doris George.
He is survived by his son Monte George; siblings Marion Paul George, Shirley Thompson, Raymond George, Franklin George. Grandchildren Emily George and husband Douglas Bradley, Chad George and wife Amanda George.
