Andrew B. Weaver, 64, of Topeka, died November 26, 2017 at Oakley Place.

He was born in New Haven, Connecticut on August 29, 1953 the son of George John and Katharine (O’Neil) Weaver.

Andrew received a BA Degree in English and a BS Degree in Computer Science from Washburn University. He worked as a computer programmer for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas. He enjoyed traveling, scuba diving, sail surfing, racquetball, and was concerned about environmental issues.

Andrew was preceded in death by his parents, George and Katharine Weaver and a brother, Thomas G. Weaver.

He is survived by two brothers, Carl J. Weaver and wife Linda of Merriam, KS., and James G. Weaver and wife Kathleen of Topeka, and his nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday at Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church from 9:00 until 10:00 a.m. followed by a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in the Holy Family Columbarium.
