Dwayne Lee Rogers the son of Wayne and Mary (Triplett) Rogers was born July 30, 1960 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life on March 9, 2018 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 57 years.

To know Dwayne you knew a cowboy with a love for the simple life and his family. He loved riding and training his roping horses most every day. He always believed things would be ok. His favorite saying was “There is always someone worse off than we are, let’s be thankful”. He believed in doing the right thing and doing to the best of your ability. Dwayne married Anne Gulager and it’s a bond that lasted 31 years. This marriage was blessed with a beautiful daughter, Ty LeAnne Rogers, who had her daddy’s heart and had him wrapped around her finger. Dwayne worked construction in Tulsa, sign making in Tahlequah then worked for Lake Region Electric Cooperative for over 25 years. Dwayne was always proud to work for a good company and enjoyed his job. His greatest blessing came on January 7, 2018 when he gave his life to Jesus, who now holds his family in His hand. Dwayne went home to meet Jesus and he will dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
