Carol “Miller” Coffman, 54 of Indianapolis, Indiana, formerly of Waterford died Sunday, June 17, 2012 in Indianapolis. She was born May 9, 1958, daughter of Wilfrid H. and Mary Ida Belle Province Miller.
She lived on the farm for many years before moving to the city. She loved crafts, gardening, canning, baking, sewing and dancing.
She is survived by her husband, Walter Coffman; a son, Terry Miller of Indianapolis; a daughter, Teresa Coffman and husband Josh Welch of Indianapolis; 2 granddaughters, Carol Swanson and Claira Beavers; 2 sisters, Marcella McCall of Indianapolis and Sue Schwendeman of Fleming; 2 brothers, Laurence Miller of McConnelsville and Francis Miller of Waterford. Several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Donna Fullen.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday at St. John the Baptist Church in Churchtown with Rev. Virgil Reischman officiating. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery. Friends may call 5-8 PM Friday at McCurdy Funeral Home in Beverly.
