He is survived by his mother, Addie May Bales of Huntington; Four sisters Lucretia Walters of Huntington, AR, Linda Weltman of Greenback, TN, Donna Youngblood of Dayton, AR, Jennifer Jones of Fort Worth, TX and many friends and family.
He is preceded in death by his father Billy Max Bales and Mary Ellen Jones.
