She is survived by sons; Jimmy and Rickey Manley of Alabama; daughters, Ann Barnes and Betty Barrett of Warrenville, S.C.; a brother, Curtis Sutton and sisters, Dorothy Bridges, Opal Craig and Virginia Montgomery all of Alabama; eleven grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren and thirteen great-great grandchildren.
She was born in Marshall County, Alabama but has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. The family stated that her grandchildren, especially her great and great-great grandchildren just adored her, and she in turn adored them. She really enjoyed quilting, and she was an avid gardener. She was just a precious lady who shall be greatly missed by her family and all whose lives she touched during the 92 precious years that God granted her on this earth. Death is not the end. She shall live on forever in the hearts of her loved ones. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home this Monday evening, March 12, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A, service celebrating her life, will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 13th at 11:00 AM with Craig Middleton officiating. The interment will follow at the Warrenville Cemetery. The Pallbearers will be Dan Stewart, Jeff Alexander, Stewart Reed, Jason Manley and Robert Smith. Herb Barnes and Garret Alexander will serve as Honorary Pallbearers. Memorials may be made to Aiken Church of Christ, 134 Rinehart Way, Aiken, S.C. 29803.
