Doris R. Farmer, 68, of New Holland, formerly of Quarryville, PA, passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018. Born in Peach Bottom, PA, a daughter of the late James H. and Evelyn Hanna Farmer.
Always smiling, Doris enjoyed puzzles, country music, and embroidery.
She is survived by her daughter Mary Ann Farmer (Victor Ressler), Holtwood, siblings, Ruth Summers (Gene), Kinzers, Bruce Farmer (Deb), Tanner, WV, Carl Farmer, New Providence, Joyce Farmer, East Earl, Fay Russell, Akron, Harold Farmer (Debra), Drumore, May Fite (Fred Keller), Shoemakersville, and Dorothy Horst (Dave Powell), Lititz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Larry Hanna.
Friends are invited to attend funeral services at Reynolds Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 144 East State Street, Quarryville, PA on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at 2:00 PM. Viewing will be held from 1-2:00 PM. Interment will be in the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Cemetery.
