Jarvis H. Johnson, age 86, long-time resident of Ocala, Florida, passed away on Friday, March 9, 2018 in St. Augustine, Florida. Jarvis was born in McRae, Georgia, and was a US Air Force Veteran. He was a Telecommunications Engineer, and a member of the Marion Dunn Masonic Lodge 19, Ocala, Florida, and an active member of the Order of Eastern Star #29 in Ocala.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife; Juliette Johnson, sons; Daniel (Sarah) Johnson, Adam (Judy) Johnson and Ron (Rosemary) Brown, brothers; Monroe (Sallie) Johnson and Paul (Sarah) Johnson. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 5740 South Pine Avenue, Ocala, FL 34480, with visitation starting at 1:00 PM. Interment with Air Force Honors will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
