Allen F. Wooldridge Sr., 65, of 14 W. 19th St., died today at Memorial Division after a short illness.

Mr. Wooldridge was a native of Wilmington. He retired las year after 35 years with the Speakman Co., where he was a handbuffer.

He was a member of the Speer Post 615, VFW, and the Glen W.W. Atterbury Post 3420, VFW.

His wife, Mrs. Florence Wooldridge, died in 1970.

Surviving are a son, Allen F Jr., of Edgemoor Gardens; a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Tobin of Wilmington; two brothers, Charles and George, both of Wilmington; two sisters, Mrs. Irene Travers of New Castle and Mrs. Della Hopkins of Elsmere, and five grandchildren.

Services will be Wednesday morning at 10 at the McCrery Funeral Home, 2700 Washington St., where friends may call Tuesday evening. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery.
