Funeral for Ernest L. Olson, 5118 SE Bush St., will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Mt. Scott Funeral Home. Private committal will be at Portland Memorial.
Mr. Olson died Tuesday at his residence. He was born Sept. 25, 1885, in Elgin, Ill. He came to Oregon in 1902 and made his home in Pleasant Valley. He retired in 1944 and moved to Portland.
Mr. Olson was a member of Waverly Lodge No. 174 AF&AM; Waverly Eastern Star No. 134 and several square dance clubs in the Portland area.
He is survived by the widow, Ercell; two daughters, Mrs. Joe Eberhart and Mrs. Jack Jesse; on son, Jack M., and three granddaughters.
