Jewell was born on November 4, 1950 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Lee and Minnie Foreman. Jewell was very gifted and creative, she enjoyed crocheting, drawing, quilting and most crafts in general. Jewell worked for Cherokee Nation as a caregiver for the elderly and as an assistant in the cafeteria for Colcord Schools. Jewell attended both Old and New Clouds Creek.
Jewell was preceded in death by her parents, and three brothers: Dale Creekkiller, Dennis Creekkiller and Amon Foreman. She is survived by her sister Opal Foreman of Colcord, Oklahoma, and a host of other nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 6-8 PM, Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Jay, Oklahoma. Services are scheduled for 2:00 pm, Thursday, March 1, 2018 at New Clouds Creek Church with Brother Larry Pritchett and Brother Stanley Grass officiating. Jewell will be laid to rest in Clouds Creek Cemetery.
