Gina Gooch Brown, 39, of Marshall, MO, formerly of Brunswick, passed away Friday, March 9, 2018, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with Rev. Richard DeFord officiating. Burial will follow at Elliott Grove Cemetery in Brunswick with Rev. Bill Gamber officiating. Visitation will be from 9 to 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Gina was born May 4, 1978, in Moberly, MO, and was the daughter of Gene and Sandra Littleton Gooch who survive of Brunswick. She was a 1996 graduate of Brunswick High School and then attended Moberly Area Community College. On November 22, 2003, she married Brian T. Brown who survives of the home. Gina’s career was spent as a Registered Nurse and worked for over 10 years at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall. She was dedicated to her job and had a passion for helping people. She loved her family avidly, and her extended family, and was passionate about planning family gatherings and trips.
In addition to her husband, Brian; and her parents, Gene and Sandy; she is survived by two children, Staci Brown and Beau Brown, both of the home; one sister, Jenny Stephenson and Jerimiah of Brunswick; two step daughters, Ariel Brown and Jacquelyn Brown; three step grandchildren, Kaden, Braden, and Brooklyn; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, her co-workers, and numerous friends.
Gina was preceded in death by one sister, Stacey Gooch Davis.
