Actress, Singer. She moved with her family to Wahoo, Hawaii during her early youth, where her father was involved with the construction industry. After learning to play the ukelele, she performed with Don Ho. This led to an appearance on "The Andy Williams Show" (1964), in which she achieved national exposure. She would go on to acting and may perhaps be best remembered for playing 'Donna Peyton,' opposite Jerry Lewis in the picture "The Family Jewels" (1965). The role earned her a Golden Globe nomination. This was followed with the part of 'Jan Kohana' in the Elvis Presley film "Paradise, Hawaiian Style" (1966). Other acting roles include the TV series "Summer Fun" and "Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color." Among the TV programs she song on include "The Hollywood Palace," "The Danny Kaye Show" and "The Dean Martin Show."
