A native of Salem, SC, Mr. Rogers was the son of the late James E. Rogers and Dora Bell Lusk Rogers. He retired from Clemson University and was a member of Harvest Holiness Church.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Rogers is survived by his step-sons: Jeffrey Wendell Galbreath of Salem, SC and William F. Galbreath (Tammy) of Salem, SC; step-daughter: Sheila Galbreath Thornburg of Salem, SC; brother: Bruce E. Rogers (JoAnn) of Seneca, SC; grandchild: Morgan B. Thornburg of Salem, SC.
Burial at Oconee Memorial Park.
