Funeral services will be held Monday, June 25, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. in Evangeline Memorial Gardens Chapel in Carencro for Eric Anthony Perkins, age 7, son of Racheal Castille and who passed away Friday, June 22, 2007 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette.
Interment will be in Evangeline Memorial Gardens in Carencro.
Eric was born in Lafayette and lived most of his life in Carencro. He had just completed the 1st Grade at Evangeline Elementary School in Lafayette.
Survivors include his mother and step-father, Racheal Castille and Jamie Chiasson, both of Carencro; his father, Edward Perkins of Alexandria, LA; his brother, Kevin Anthony Perkins of Carencro; his maternal grandparents, Ramona and Roderick Porche of Opelousas; maternal grandfather, Ronald Matte of Church Point; his paternal grandfather, Freddie Chiasson of Carencro; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and relatives
The family requests that visiting hours be observed on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
