She also had one brother, Robert "Allen" Phillips Jr. and his wife Victoria Phillips, two half brothers, Jacob Phillips and his wife Melissa Phillips and Caleb Phillips, and step-brother, Franklin (Natasha) Southerland. She had a niece, Emily Phillips and a nephew, Robert "A.J" Phillips III. She also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, and cousins on both sides of her family. April also had several friends whom she cared for dearly. Above all she most loved her children, Tisha-K Phillips and her son-in-law, David Heard, along with her K-9 children, Blake Mathew Phillips and Gracie Hope Phillips. She also loved dearly her grand-cat children, Elijah Jasper Heard, and Tigger Cali Heard, as well as her K-9 grandchild, Babyman Heard. She will meet on the rainbow bridge her beloved cat Cooper whom she spoke of fondly. April will be greatly missed just as she was greatly loved. She was a Mother, Daughter, Sister and Friend. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Lexington, Kentucky.
