She was a native of Athens, AL, and a member of Brown Memorial CME Church.
Survivors include a daughter, a son, a sister, a brother, a niece, seven grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Brown Memorial CME Church, 809 W. Chestnut Street, with burial in Green Meadows Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. Friday at W. P. Porter Mortuary 2611 Virginia Ave.
