Henry “H.T.” Hill, 87 of Henrietta, Texas passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2018.
Funeral services will be at 2:00PM, on Monday, March 12, 2018 at the Davis Funeral Home Chapel in Henrietta, Texas with Rev. Robert Fletcher, pastor of the Church of God in Henrietta, Texas officiating. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery in Henrietta under the direction of Davis Funeral Home.
Mr. Hill was born on January 31, 1931 in the Cobb community of Clay County, Texas to Richard Pearson and Martha Elizabeth (Crowley) Hill. He served his country in the US Army and married Anna Belle (Veronie) on August 11, 1962 in Lafayette, Louisiana. Mr. Hill was retired from the Texas Highway Department where he worked for 25 years.
Mr. Hill was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Patricia Reeves; sister, Mary R. James; brother, buddy Leon Hill, Sr.
Survivors include his wife, Anna Belle Hill of Henrietta, Texas; sons, Phillip Thomas Hill of Wichita Falls, Texas, and Phelan Lynn Hill of Henrietta, Texas; daughters, Phyllis Ann Hill of Scott, Louisiana, and Pamela Sue Lindsey of Wichita Falls, Texas; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; sister, Lena Faye Bass of Wichita Falls, Texas.
The family will be at Davis Funeral Home on Sunday, March 11, 2018 from 6:00pm – 7:00pm.
