Barbara Lee Chafin, 54, of Vida died Monday of heart failure.

She was born in Chico, Calif., to Henry and Charlene (Teats) Cambra. She graduated from high school in Bell Gardens, Calif.

She worked in customer service and coordinated data documents in the City of Industry, Calif. She lived in Lebanon from 1976 to 1993.

She is survived by mother Charlene "Chuckie" and stepfather Howard Cook of Prescott, Ariz.; father Henry and stepmother Gloria Cambra of Chico; son Joseph Chafin of Gilbert, Ariz.; daughters Casey Chafin of Leaburg and Cheyanne Rider of Lebanon; brothers Jim Cambra of Apple Valley, Calif., Brett Cambra of Chico and Greg Cook of Scottsdale, Ariz.; sisters Terrie Armstrong of Apple Valley and Loree Holmes of Bakersfield, Calif.; and two grandchildren.

A memorial service will be Friday at the Lebanon First Assembly of God, 726 W. Oak.

Musgrove Family Mortuary is handling arrangements.
