Sidney Wilbur Anderson, Jr., 82, of Glen Flora, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2018 at home.
Sidney was born on Oct. 22, 1935, in Ladysmith, to Sidney and Violet (Youngberg) Anderson. He graduated from Glen Flora in 1954. He married Patricia Wishowski in 1957 and later divorced. Then on May 8, 1977 he married Mary Ann (Snider) Toman.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ann; his son, Greg (Tammy) Anderson, and his daughters, Cindy (Pat) Moore and Kylene (Hank) Hibbard. He is also survived by his step-children, Jeff Toman, Randy (Lisa) Toman, Philip Toman, Lori (Eric) Dillaber and Lacy (Jake Anders) Toman. He is further survived by his sisters, Hazel Krisik and Gloria (Bill) Pavlovsky and his brother, Kenneth (Judy) Anderson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney and Violet; his son, Eric and his brothers, Robert, Gerald and Irvin.
Sidney was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He enjoyed his family and enjoyed the time that he spent with them. We will greatly miss him.
