Randall “Randy” Carl Cox, age 44, of Douglasville passed away Tuesday, March 06, 2018. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia on April 4, 1973 to Carl Edwin “Eddie”Cox and late Alma Joe Redden Cox. He worked as a machine operator with Westrock Services, Inc., Randy loved fishing and working with the Douglas County Parks and Recreation and the Youth Wrestling Team. He was a member of Lithia Springs Church of Christ.In addition to his father Eddie Cox and his fiancée, Brenda Parrish, he is survived by sisters: Tammy Droll and her husband, Don, Teresa Mayfield and her husband, Dick; niece: Anna Cox; nephew: D. J. Droll; aunts and uncles: Maryann Rutherford, Jimmy Redden, Frances Redmon, Hollis Redden.The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, March 10, 2018 from 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM.The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 3:00 PM in the chapel with Minister Larry Acuff officiating. Cremation to follow the service.
