Al Lopez, 44, beloved father, son and brother, died May 16, 2001.
He was born May 17, 1956 in Murray, Utah to William F. and Mary Jane Nichols Lopez. Married and divorced. Al was an avid golfer and a retired U.S. Postal Service employee.
Survivors: daughter, Lisa and Janelle; son, John; father, William "Wee"; brother and sisters, Gilbert (Janet), Susan (Mac), Diane, Billie (Bryan), Tammie (Martin). Preceded in death by his mother and grandparents.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, May 21, 2001 at 11 a.m. in St. Vincent Catholic Church 1325 E. Spring Lane. Rosary will be recited Sunday at 7 p.m. at St. Vincent Catholic Church and friends may call at the church on Sunday from 6-7 p.m. and Monday 10-10:45 a.m.
Interment, Midvale City Cemetery.
