Mrs. Norma Troupe Grant, 92, of Martinsburg, WV. died Friday, March 2nd.

Mrs. Grant, born in Martinsburg, WV; was the daughter of the late Frank B. Troupe and Grace B. Gerbrick Troupe, and the widow of Allen C. Grant. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert B. Troupe; a sister, Mary Frances Mussetter; and a niece, Peggy MacDonald Judd.

She was employed by the Berkeley County Board of Education as a Financial Secretary for 27 years. She was a member of the Christ Reformed United Church of Christ. She was a former member of Jr. Women's Club, a charter member of the Lioness Club and was "Lioness of the Year",as well as a member of the Berkeley County Retired School Employees, the West Virginia Association of Retired School Employees, the MHS Alumni Association, AARP, and EGO. She was a loyal Mountaineer fan and tried never to miss a broadcast of football and basketball games.

She is survived by her son, Brian A. Grant and wife Cathy C. of Monrovia, MD; her grandson, Zachary A. Grant of Frederick, MD; her nephews, John R. MacDonald of Falling Waters; Douglas MacDonald of Tennessee; Craig Grant of Martinsburg; and nieces, Susan M. Ring of Southern Pines, NC; Nancy MJ. Golladay of Winchester, VA; and Cindy K. Hamrin of Roswell, GA.

The family received friends 6-8 PM, Thursday, March 8, 2018 at the funeral home.

The funeral services were held at 11 AM, Friday, March 9, 2018 at the Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Thomas Hartshore officiating.

Bearers were: Brad Janes, Ronald Beach, James Rinker, Chad MacDonald, Mark Golladay, and David Mudge.

Burial was made in Rosedale Cemetery, Martinsburg, WV.
