CHAZY – Mrs. Josephine Baker, 87, widow of William Baker, died Thursday at Colonial Nursing Home in Keeseville.

She was born the daughter of Ezra and Melvina (Ducharme) Breyette.

Survivors include four sons, Elric and Lawrence, both of Plattsubrgh, Leo of Schenectady and Sanford of Peru; two daughters, Mrs. Lawrence (Dorothy) Ducatte of Plattsburgh and Mrs. Stanley (Leola) Frechette of Peru; 20 grandchildren; 27 g-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Edith Weightman of Chazy and Mrs. Jennie Frenyea of Sciota.
