Jerry was retired from Conrail Railroad Company where he worked as a trackman for 18 years making many great memories with the men he worked with. Jerry was known by many for his sense of humor and laid back nature. He had a knack for making someone laugh when they needed it and always gave great advice. Jerry was an avid Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers fan. He enjoyed playing golf and pool with his friends and attending concerts and baseball games with his son Jason. Jerry was a loving husband and father and a wonderful grandfather. He will be deeply missed by many of his family and friends.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Lisa (Aull) Huffman of Evansville, IN; His son Jason Huffman and granddaughter Talena Huffman both of Evansville; A sister Nancy (Tom) Miley of Petersburg, IN and his beloved dog Jack.
He is preceded in death by his parents; His grandmother Ida Zimmerman and sister Patty Jean Huffman.
Visitation will be from 10am until the time of service at 12pm on Saturday, October. 9, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Home with burial to directly follow at Sunset Memorial Park cemetery.
