A funeral for Raymond E. Hardy, 72, of Pollock Pines will be held Thursday, February 16 at 2 p.m. at Chapel of the Pines. The Rev. Neville Arroues of the First Baptist Church will conduct the funeral, followed by private interment at Placerville Union Cemetery.
Mr. Hardy died February 13 in Pollock Pines. He was born in Arkansas and lived 50 years in California, the past 20 years in El Dorado County. He was credit manager for American Can Company before retirement.
Mr. Hardy was a member of the Placerville Baptist Church, Burlingame, F.& A.M. 400, and Placerville S.I.R.S. He is survived by his wife Dorothy A. Hardy of Pollock Pines.
