Sandra “Sandy” Joanne Holt, 75, of Chenoa, IL formerly of Pontiac, IL passed away at 12:25 am on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Meadows Mennonite Retirement Community in rural Chenoa, IL.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 303 North Bauer Court, Pontiac, Illinois 61764. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm with Raymond A. Mitchell, Branch President officiating. Burial will follow services at Chenoa Cemetery.

Sandra was born August 4, 1942 in Pontiac, IL a daughter of Cecil and Esther (Powell) Fosdick. She first married Larry Liming and then married Gary Holt.
She is survived by her children: Jeffrey Liming of Chenoa, IL, Sue (Tony) Larson of Pontiac, IL, Christopher Liming of Cornell, IL, Ryan Mitchell of Canton, IL, and Derek (Sadie) Holt of Shelbyville, IL; her grandchildren: Pam (Ryan) Wonders-Chapman, Stephanie Larson, Tabatha (Joey) Miller, Ike, Remi, and Ryan Holt; her great grandchildren: Collin Wonders, Nylah and Carmelo Johnson, Natalie Miller, and Lance Wheat; two brothers: Rod Fosdick of Kennesaw, GA and Paul Fosdick of Guymon, OK; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Sandra was educated in Pontiac schools. She was a member of Job’s Daughters- through the Masons.
Sandra liked the outdoors, fishing, camping, cooking, and was also in a bowling league.
She loved raising her children and spending time with her grandchildren, who affectionately called her “Nana”. Sandra was a great mom, nana, sister, aunt, and friend who will be greatly missed.
