James J. Minyard, 93, long-time resident of Anniston, Alabama, (formerly of Mobile, Alabama) died on March 2, 2018 at his residence. He is survived by two daughters, two sons, eleven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Ruth Minyard, and his wife, Mary Minyard. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Funeral: 1:00 p.m. March 4, 2018 at Golden Springs Baptist Church, where he was a member. Arrangements: Gray Brown Funeral Home.
