Brett Traylor Martin, born December 18, 1958, passed away February 19, 2018 peacefully in his home town of San Antonio. He was a graduate of Churchill High School where he played linebacker on the 1976 State Championship football team. Brett joined the Army in 1987, serving 8 years in Germany, South Korea, and Alabama. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed everything from football to waterskiing. Brett was raised as a Christian-Methodist and attended The Walk to Emmaus. His friends and family will always remember him for having a big heart, being so friendly, and having a great sense of humor. He will be missed dearly by all. Brett is survived by his parents, three siblings, other relatives and many friends.
