RAGAN, Lucille Dorothea Froehlich, age 88, passed away on February 27, 2018. Lucille was born August 13, 1929, in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Fred Conrad Froehlich and Elisabeth Anna Adamski Froehlich. She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Norman Eugene “Gene” Ragan; sons, Norman Eugene Ragan, Jr. and Norman Eugene Ragan, III; half-sister, Mildred Muriel Stokes and grandchildren, Christy and Jessica Richardson. She is survived by her children: Norman Eugene (Nina) Ragan, MaryAnne (Matt) Clark, Thomas Austin Ragan, Pauline Elizabeth (Steve) Elliott, and Christine Theresa Ragan; grandchildren: Angela Marie Rhoads, Michael Eugene (Heidi) Richardson, Amanda Michelle Ragan, Matthew Edward (Rebecca) Clark Jr., Robyn Elizabeth Ragan, Patricia Anne (Chris) Hollis, Norman Eugene Ragan III, Kathleen Anne Marie Ragan, Stephen Chance Sweeney, Ronnie C. Eller, Casey M. Eller, Michael Elliott, and Stephanie (Greg) Bushulen; great-grandchildren: Michael Cory Mobley, Joseph Henry Mobley, Shelby Elizabeth Anne Marie Mobley, Britany Lynn Rhoads, Garrett Norman Rhoads, Braylon Thomas Richardson, Ragan Neeley Clark, Norman Vincent Ragan, Zachary Houston Hollis, Thomas Aiden Clark, Casey L. Eller, Charlie M. Eller, Tristan Eller, Greggory Bushulen, Brianna Long, McKenzie Elliott, and David Elliott. Before retirement, she was a secretary for St. Pius X School and worked for the State of Tennessee in probation and parole. Funeral service will be Saturday, March 3, 2018, at 12 noon in St. Pius X Church, 2800 Tucker Road, Nashville, TN, 37218. Burial will follow in EverRest of Cheatham County, LLC, in Pleasant View, TN. Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Eugene Richardson, Matthew Edward Clark Jr., Garrett Norman Rhoads, Norman Eugene Ragan III, Michael Steven Elliott, Heath Demonbreun and Stephen Chance Sweeney.
