Michael Raymond Wamser Sr. was found by friends Sunday afternoon deceased in his home in Iron Ridge.
He was born Oct. 27, 1941 to Raymond and Lillian Wamser; he was their second child. “Big” Mike grew up on 57th & Center street in Milwaukee and attended Catholic schools and graduated from Pius Xl High School in 1960. In ’62 he married Kathleen Lynn Moran and in ’64 had the first of 2 children: Michael Jr. and Patricia in ’66. During this time, he started what would be a 33 plus year career working for W. H. Brady print company (now Quebecor World)
Michael is survived son Michael Jr. and 2 grandchildren, longtime companion and fiancé Laura Sanders, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Patricia, his brother Daniel Wamser and his sister Judy Wood.
Visitation is Tuesday February 20, 2018 at 1-2:30PM at the Berndt-Ledesma Funeral Home-Hustisford. Funeral service will follow at 2:30 at the funeral home. Interment Hustisford Cemetery.
