Obituary for Christine B. Freeman

Christine B. Freeman, 76, of Indian Head, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018. She was born to Robert Marshall and Shirley Boykin on July 2, 1941.

She was preceded in death by her husband Mike Freeman and her parents. Chris is survived by her son; Brian Freeman and his wife Karen, grandchildren Jessica and Michael, brother Robert Boykin and his wife Connie, nephew Ken Boykin and niece Kimberly Hartlove as well as her beloved cat Missy.

She was a retired Systems Analyst for the government. She was an active member of the St. James community where she served for many years in the altar guild and served as a senior warden. She was also a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She enjoyed sewing with her friends, reading and her pets.

A viewing will be held at St. James Episcopal Church on Thursday, March 1, 2018, at 12 PM until time of funeral servces at 1 PM. Internment Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf, MD.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. James Episcopal Church and memo Altar Guild.
